Pollution Prevention Outreach @ Hidden Beach

Volunteer with us this Labor Day Weekend as we engage beach visitors and encourage leave-no-trace principles, hand out trash bags to prevent litter from being left behind, and discuss why trash ending up in the ocean is harmful.

Please meet volunteers at the entrance at the end of Cliff Drive before the playground.

There are no restrooms available, and no drinking fountains on site. Parking is limited, so please plan accordingly.

Please be sure to:

1. 1. 1. Ensure that all participants sign a Save Our Shores waiver and submit to SOS staff after the cleanup. Anyone under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardians signature and must have adult supervision throughout the event.
      2. Complete an Event Report Back form and send to staff after.
      3. Record your hours.
      4. Return your supplies to the office ASAP and clean your buckets.
