Public Beach Cleanup @ Carmel Meadows Beach

Conduct a public cleanup at Carmel Meadows State Beach! Help keep our beaches clean and healthy, and prevent marine debris from impacting our local ecosystems!

There will be approximately 15 participants at this event. Registration is required (You will be provided with a list of registrants before the event). Covid safety protocols will be followed. Participants are asked to use the SOS Marine Tally app and bring their own supplies, though SOS will provide disposable supplies.

Please be sure to:

1. 1. 1. Be sure to follow and enforce our Social Distancing Cleanups Guidelines in addition to our normal safety precautions.
      2. Ensure that all participants (including yourself) complete all three waivers including SOS volunteer waiver AND Covid-19 waiver as well as a CA State Parks waiver and submit to SOS staff after the cleanup.
      3. Encourage participants to use the free Save Our Shores Marine Tally App (Apple, Google) or by using a data card and filling out this form.
      4. Complete an Event Report Back form and send to SOS staff.
      5. Record your hours.
